Tray shapes

Choose a pack type: box, clamshell, tray or punnet.

With footprints including: rectangular, octagonal, clamshell and web cornered.

Tray base shapes include: square, rectangular and octagonal.

Build the forme from the base up. Consider lips and lidding, sealing, hinges, windows and corner construction. We’ll advise on how many pieces your tray should be made from.

We carefully select our papers and their construction to meet the demands of food on the go.

Where required, water based barrier coatings are applied.

These meet food hygiene and safety standards.
